-Please arrive at the time allocated.
-On arrival we kindly ask you wait outside until a member of staff comes to the door.
– To limit exposure, we would ask that ONE client accompanied your pet to the consult room for routine appointments. We would ask that other family members remain outside unless otherwise instructed by the vet.
-For longer appointments (such as laser treatment, ultrasound scans etc) we may ask you to remain outside the consult. Again this is to reduce exposure time for your and our safety.
-Please wear a face mask on arrival to the clinic.
– We prefer payment by card but can send a payment link for online payment if you prefer.
-Please note that different members of our staff have different vaccination status and different pre-existing health conditions so these guidelines may vary depending on who you see. We appreciate your patience in this.
